Week 1 - Goals!

My goals for the week:

1. Exercise at least 4 times.
2. Drink more water!
3. Watch what I eat and keep count of calories, etc.
4. Find one of those groovy weight loss tickers!!!

I've already crossed off number 4!!!

ETA:
5. Wear my pedometer and track my steps daily.
